Property Description:
The five two-person boutique residences are spaced well apart along an 800-metre elevated ridge. Each is positioned to provide complete privacy as well as spectacular uninterrupted views of the mountain ranges. Families of kangaroos visit daily and there is plenty of local birdlife including emus.
The design aesthetics of the villas emphasise clean lines, natural light and panoramic views. A clever balance of defined living areas and open plan space ensures the views are equally stunning from the bedroom to the lounge to the circular spa. The kitchen and bathroom feature granite and light timber surfaces. A contemporary elevated hearth and open fire is strategically integrated into the wall of floor to ceiling windows.
A sixth secluded dwelling, known as the "Bungalow", has two bedrooms and can accommodate two couples. It offers a comparatively cosier ambience, with comprehensive luxury appointments, including a large outdoor spa.

Description of Rooms/Units:
Each Residence has a complete kitchen with full size oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and espresso machine.
Beds are king size with pure wool doonas. The entertainment unit features state-of-the-art widescreen LCD television, surround sound system, DVD, CD player and iPod dock. In the five residences for two, the screen can pivot to face the bed or the living room.
Hand made furniture and high quality fittings and accessories complete the stylish presentation.
The two-bedroom Bungalow has an ensuite featuring a shower with a view, and a separate bathroom to serve the second bedroom. Both rooms have king size beds. The open plan living room has a highly efficient European combustion wood heater, reverse cycle air conditioning, widescreen television, surround sound and iPod dock. The fully equipped kitchen also has an espresso coffee machine. The four person outdoor spa is located on a corner deck. The barbecue and outdoor table and chairs are directly outside the living area. |

There are a range of packages available, involving various extras. The rates detailed below are based on bookings for accommodation only.
Residences (for a couple)
Weekends: $1190 for two nights, with a very late check out or an extra night free.
Midweek: $990 for two nights, with a very late check out or an extra night free. $1300 for four nights. $1630 for five nights.
Weekly: $2290 for seven nights
The Bungalow (for two couples):
Weekends: $1390 for two nights, with a very late check out or an extra night free.
Midweek: $1190 for three nights. $1500 for four nights. $1830 for five nights.
Weekly: $2490 for seven nights
(The above rates are Off Peak i.e. they apply outside public holiday periods and Christmas through first week of January. Rates and conditions for these peak periods are available on application.)
