What better way to really feel like you're on holiday than an ocean breeze and beautifully presented accommodation close to a great beach!

There are two Coastal Domain Guest Houses, both with three bedrooms and everything you need for a fun, relaxing seaside holiday in the centre of Victoria's famous Surf Coast. All you need bring are your clothes, your favourite foods, a good read, oh, and a surf board could be worthwhile too.

Property Description:
The "Guest Houses" can best be described as two contemporary, townhouse-style units, each one offering very similar facilities with some variations in the layout and orientation. Each one is completely self-contained, with private outdoor and indoor living areas. Large Sliding glass doors and large windows help to integrate the internal and external spaces. Casual lifestyle considerations are reflected in the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen layout, which, together with the master bedroom (and ensuite), occupy the ground floor. Located upstairs are two further bedrooms, a spa bathroom and a secondary living area opening onto a small balcony.

Guest House 1 has two ground level outdoor areas; one that opens from the lounge space to a strip of paving and a small lawn, and the other opening from the dining space to a decked courtyard with table, bench seats and barbecue. Guest House 2 has an attractive, secluded courtyard deck with its barbecue and table.

The interior decor is uncluttered and stylish, featuring a neutral colour scheme, a combination of polished floors and carpet, sleek kitchen and elegant modern bathrooms. The furniture includes fashionable dark leather lounge suites and leather dining chairs and the walls showcase a striking selection of original art, courtesy of local artists. Description of Rooms/Units:


Each Guest House comfortably sleeps six people. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite with a double head shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. The second and third bedrooms are upstairs where they share the upstairs living area and balcony, and a main bathroom with a spa bath and separate shower. Quality white linen and soft bath towels are provided.

The living area is equipped with plasma television, DVD and CD players.

The kitchen is fitted with a four burner gas cooktop, under bench oven, family size fridge, dishwasher, microwave and the usual small appliances, glassware, cookware, cutlery and crockery. A large gas barbecue is located in the courtyard.

Facilities also include free secure wireless internet access, heating and air-conditioning throughout and a single garage plus a parking space.

Breakfast: Self cater, or enquire about the local produce breakfast hamper that can be provided for an extra charge.
Dining Options: There are full facilities for self catering, or dine out at one of the local cafes or restaurants, three of which are within walking distance. The guest information folder contains details and recommendations.

Tariff:
Off Peak Rates: $250 per night. $1200 per week.
Winter Special: $180 per night for a couple
Peak Rates: $330 per night. $2200 per week
Shoulder Rates: $280 per night. $1500 per week. (3rd Term school hols and November including Melb Cup)
$300 per night. $1700 per week (February to Easter/ 1st Term school hols)
Minimum Stay: Two night minimum booking. Long Weekends 3 nights. Easter & Melb Cup 4 nights. Christmas/January holidays 1 week minimum.
Deposit: 50% to secure booking. The balance (plus bond if applicable) is required prior to arrival by the date advised.
Cancellation Terms: A $100 cancellation fee applies except for Peak Season bookings where the full deposit will be retained if cancelled less than 30 days in advance. No refunds for early departure.
