Property Description:
The Vines Estate comprises rolling acreage in the heart of Red Hill with a small vineyard, a restaurant of note, and, more recently, a set of three luxury, self-contained, accommodation suites. The latter is located in a building well away from the restaurant and overlooking rows of vines. The building is divided into suites on each side of the central axis. The suites are matching in size and each has a private terrace facing the vineyard. The outer ones have small side courtyard entries, while the inner ones have their entries at the rear of the building.
In the middle of each suite there is a top-of-the-range spa set into a raised platform against a wall where, at the touch of a button, water ripples down a vertical sheet of pebbles. This sets the tone for the luxury and style that pervades the interiors. A real wood fire, an imported clam shell leather couch and a fashionably attired king size bed are all part of the picture.
The interior design is sleek and contemporary. Three dimensional art and funky rugs accent the walls and floors. Imported Italian tiles feature in the ensuites and corner kitchens. Each suite offers subtle differences in decor.
The accommodation has been designed exclusively for couples, however, the two inner suites if booked together, can negotiate access to a large private lounge-dining room separating the two, making it attractive for couples travelling together.
