Northern Aspects has one of the few Arthurs Seat "dress circle" addresses that command the most dazzling views - day or night - stretching around the bay to the city outline of Melbourne on the horizon.

Exclusive occupancy of the entire property ensures a wholly private experience. As if that's not enough to make you feel completely relaxed, just imagine how you'll feel after a decadent spa on your deck with that view. Soft music, mood lighting, everything and more for a romantic escape can be found at Northern Aspects.

Property Description:
The painted timber house is built on a single level, however, because the ground falls away below, the floor level is actually very high. Add the bird's eye view and it feels a lot like being in the treetops or on the top floor of a multi-storey building. The house has been renovated and completely re-furnished for contemporary tastes. The open plan living area flows through to the main bedroom with uninterrupted, full-length glass windows. There is no external deck to obstruct the view from either of these rooms. The deck is positioned on the eastern corner outside the kitchen. Table and chairs and a spa 'with the works' are located on the deck overlooking the view.

The decor is casual yet stylish, with plenty of indoor plants, prints, Freedom furniture, and coloured feature walls in both the bedroom and the living room. The full kitchen is newly fitted and open to the living area. The seven square floor plan includes a second smaller bedroom.

Special Features:
The Hot Springs Spa, located on the deck, is no ordinary spa. It's designed for two sitting side by side with a shared footwell. Different massaging jets are located in each part of the spa for specific purposes. Ten precision jets work on the back, shoulders and neck including unique, patented processes with trademark names of DreamJet and Moto-Massage. Even on cold clear Autumn and Winter nights the steaming spa is a great place to relax.
If you don't think the spa is all you'll need to get the kinks out, then a qualified masseur is available for house calls, by advance appointment.

Description of Rooms/Units:

The main bedroom, with its queen-size bed, enjoys unobstructed views of the coast through full-length windows, which continue through to the living room. A second smaller bedroom has northern views and a double bed. The bathroom doesn't have views but it does have a large shower, modern fittings and laundry facilities.
The lounge area is equipped with a quality entertainment system, including a large LCD television screen, DVD, Foxtel (platinum package) and CD with a state-of-the-art virtual soft touch Marantz remote control. Climate controlled heating and cooling is installed and there is phone/internet access.
The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and cooktop, fridge and dishwasher.
There is undercover parking in a carport.


Meals

Breakfast: Breakfast provisions are included for arrival day only, with either croissants or the owner's highly praised, authentic organic sourdough natural leaven bread warm from the oven.
Dining Options: There are endless choices for dining out around the peninsula, from the sublime to the cheap and cheerful. Takeaway and self-catering are always good for staying in and making the most of the night view.

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required with all bookings, unless booking within 14 days of arrival, then full payment is to be made on reservation.
Cancellation Terms: Where more than 30 days notice is given deposits and payments held for reservations are refundable less a cancellation fee, or, the booking can be rescheduled to a new date. Less than 30 days notice requires full payment unless the vacancy is refilled
