Property Description:
The iconic Surf Coast of Victoria justifiably attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors every year but not all wish to stay in the densely developed areas close to the beachfront. For those couples who prefer a sense of space, peaceful surroundings and clean modern design, "rudacha villa" has these qualities aplenty.
The two-acre property, studded with occasional eucalypts, has a winding driveway. The contemporary villa has been built in steel and glass with simple clean lines inside and out. The building is divided so that the studio accommodation is strictly independent of the residence on the other side.
The spacious interior features polished 'black butt' timber flooring, white walls and cupboards with minimal adornment. A classic sixties couch, armchair and coffee table are unusual yet perfect foils for the clean design lines of the room.

Description of Rooms/Units:
Stairs lead to the first floor studio space which has a built-in kitchenette along one wall, with a sink, convection microwave, fridge, toaster and essential crockery and cutlery.
The bed is queen size with a pillowtop mattress and beautiful linen. The spotless ensuite has a large shower.
Opposite the couch are a television, DVD and CD players, and a built-in gas log fire. The facilities include air conditioning.
The dining table for two occupies a corner window alcove and sliding glass doors give access to a generous balcony with a barbecue. |
