	Truemans Cottages are designed to feel like your home away from home. They offer all the comforts of your own holiday house without the hassle. Fresh towels, beds made-up, it's all ready for you to walk in, unpack and get into the holiday spirit. Close to beaches, shops, golf and wineries, there is something for the whole family to do.

Property Description:

Truemans Cottage (pictured above and below right) is set in a semi-formal garden with fountain and clipped box hedges. The spacious front lounge has a television area and reading chairs by the gas log fire. Off the lounge are two bedrooms (queen and twin) and the main bathroom with separate bath and shower. The main bedroom, with ensuite and walk-in robe, is located off the large kitchen. At the rear is a large pergola covered, outdoor entertaining area with built-in gas barbecue and extended gardens.

Palm Cove (pictured at bottom of page) is an attractive weatherboard house with a Victorian-style verandah that extends around two sides. The interior is light modern and very spacious featuring a colour scheme of whites and blues with warm timber furniture accents. A gas fired Coonara is a focal point of the L shaped lounge. The central island kitchen is open to both the lounge and dining areas. North facing windows produce plenty of natural light in the living area and bedrooms. The main bedroom has large mirrored wardrobes and an ensuite. The central bathroom has separate bath and shower. The gardens have a particularly tropical feel created with palm trees hence the name given to the house.

The Cottage is a cosy house set in beautiful flower-filled gardens behind a picket fence. The interior tends towards 'country cottage style' in furniture and prints but there is plenty of living space and a modern lifestyle layout with the open plan lounge flowing through to a huge kitchen and meals area. The kitchen looks out on the private back garden which features a pretty gazebo.

Grove Cottage is the ideal easy care holiday house with timber floors throughout, leather sofas and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with air-conditioning. The main bedroom has queen size bed, built-in robes and a second television. The house is set on a large flat block with plenty of space for boats, backyard cricket and bike riding. Raised garden beds with tropical style planting helps create a real holiday oasis environment.

Extra adult $40, extra child $20 (per night).

With Cafe Breakfast: $190 per night for one couple.

Note: $50 surcharge for single night bookings.

Weekly Rates (for up to 6 people): from $880 to $1680 according to season.

Minimum Stay: Two nights on weekends (off peak flexibility with surcharge)
One week minimum bookings during Summer school holidays and Easter-April school holidays.

Deposit: 30% on booking

Cancellation Terms: Where 4 weeks notice is given, deposits will be refunded (less credit card fees if applicable). 14 days notice - half deposit refunded. Less than 14 days - deposit forfeited.
